Yeah that's the main problem I always use LOOT after installing a new mod, and by use I mean.open loot.wait for it to parse masterlist or whatever the heck he's doing there, then click on SORT, after he's done in about 5 sec, I click APPLY, and DONE nothings changed, nice.
